Chai recipe

This chai recipe is perfect for chilly days, and it's easy to customize to your liking. Add more or less of any spice to get the perfect balance for you.

Ingredients
  

  • Two cups milk
  • One cup water
  • 2 - 3 tsp of sugar
  • 2 - 3 tsp of Season with Spice’s Chai Tea Blend powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a small pot. Heat on low fire to a simmer, then turn fire off, cover pot, and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Before serving, heat again on low fire to a simmer.  Then pour into a cup through a fine strainer.

Notes

- If you have an electric milk frother, use it to foam up and thicken the tea.
