Grilled Summer Vegetables with Sumac Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
  

  • our choice of vegetables - try eggplant zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, and tomatoes
  • Flat bread

For the sumac yogurt dip:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp of Season with Spice's sumac berry powder and a bit more for sprinkling on top
  • Tiny pinch of salt optional
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the Sumac Yogurt Dip.
  • Slice the vegetables into thick discs and brush them with olive oil. Cook the vegetables over the grill until browned on both sides (if needed, brush with more oil as they cook).
  • Grill flat bread when veggies are almost done. Serve both with the sumac yogurt dip.
