Vietnamese Grilled Pork Chop recipe
A quick and easy Vietnamese grilled pork chop recipe that's great for entertaining! This is our favorite grilled pork chop marinade because it has a sweet, spicy mixture of ingredients that's perfect for Asian flavor lovers.

- 4 bone-in pork chops about 1/2 inch thick
- Lime wedges for serving
For the marinade:
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp of Season with Spice’s Vietnamese Spicy BBQ Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp of coconut sugar or your choice of sugar
- 2-3 cloves of garlic – minced
In a bowl, combine fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, dark soy sauce, Vietnamese Spicy BBQ Seasoning, sugar, and garlic.
Place the pork chops in a large zip-lock bag and pour in the marinade. Make sure each pork chop is coated well with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
When you’re ready to grill, remove the pork chops from the marinade, and keep the excess marinade for basting.
Serve the grilled pork chops with a couple of lime wedges on the side, along with a Vietnamese-style coleslaw.
