Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Some people think that pumpkin seeds are only good as a snack during the fall. However, if you season them well and roast them properly, they can be delicious at any time of year!

- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds – cleaned and dried
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp smoked serrano chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350F
In a metal bowl, add in all ingredients and mix well until pumpkin seeds are evenly coated.
Lay pumpkin seeds flat on a baking sheet and roast in oven for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned (stir seeds around pan every five minutes until done). Remove from oven and allow to cool and dry before eating.
