Simple Vegetable Dip recipes

For the easy honey mustard dip:
- 1 part honey
- 2 parts French mustard
- freshly ground black pepper
For the spicy honey whole-grain mustard dip:
- 1/4 cup Greek-style plain yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoon raw honey
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper or Ground Chipotle
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
For the addicting dill dip:
- 1/4 cup Greek-style plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dried Dill Weed
- 1 tsp Ground Yellow Mustard
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- A squeeze of lemon juice
Spicy Honey Whole-Grain Mustard Dip:
1. Serve the dips with raw vegetables such as cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, bell pepper, cherry tomato, radish, etc.
2. You can also use the honey mustard dips as a salad dressing or as a sauce for sandwiches.
