1– 1.5 teaspoons of Season with Spice's Matcha Chai Tea Blend
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a small pot, and whisk vigorously to dissolve sugar and matcha.
Heat on low fire until just beginning to boil (whisking occasionally while it heats), then turn fire off, cover the pot, and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
Before serving, heat again on low fire to desired drinking temperature (if you have an electric milk frother, use it to foam up and thicken the tea). Finally strain out the spices while you pour the tea into a mug.
Notes
-You can adjust the water-milk ratio to your preference. For a less milky version, try 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk. Or for an extra creamy version, omit the water entirely.
