Between all the cookies, brownies, and bars this holiday season, there’s little room left on the table for a healthy snack like Honey Roasted Almonds spiced with Vanilla and Cinnamon.

Easy solution – place the healthy holiday snacks right on top of the unhealthy ones. By the time you finish with these sticky spiced almonds, you won’t be hungry for those frosted sugar cookies underneath….


Honey Roasted Almonds recipe
Tasty almonds coated in a sweet and savory honey roasted glaze. Serve as an appetizer or snack, the perfect treat for your family!
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups almonds
- 1 1/2 tsp of Season with Spice’s Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Add almonds, salt, and a couple teaspoons of olive oil into a bowl. Stir well until all almonds are lightly coated.
- Add in 1 tsp of the Ceylon cinnamon, and the vanilla paste and honey. Stir well.
- Lay almonds flat on baking tray, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Return almonds to bowl and add in the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and stir well. Enjoy this healthy snack anytime of the day!
Notes
– These almonds are also great as an ingredient for holiday cookies, almond bark, almond brittle, and so on.
