Toss some asparagus on the grill. Allow the fire to tenderize the spears and the smoke to season them. The crisp, flavorful veggie needs very little attention.
But when I serve asparagus on the side with a fresh, simpler tasting main dish such as salmon or cod, I like to dress the grilled greens with a bright, exciting vinaigrette, using our Spicy Korean Chili Seasoning.

Grill the asparagus until just slightly charred, and then dress with a tangy, sweet & spicy vinaigrette. Our Spicy Korean Chili Seasoning lends just the right amount of punch & crunch. Finally, squeeze fresh lime juice over for a citrusy touch.

For a light lunch or dinner, top a bowl of soba noodles with slices of hardboiled egg, and this Grilled Asparagus with Spicy Korean Dressing. An easy, healthy Asian meal that you can enjoy once a week this summer.

- Oil for coating
For the dressing:
- 1.5 tbsp of Season with Spice’s Spicy Korean Chili Seasoning

- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, water, vinegar, toasted sesame oil, honey, and Spicy Korean Chili Seasoning. Taste and adjust if needed.
