Radish Salad spiced with Sumac and Aleppo recipe
A flavorful and healthy salad to enjoy all year round! Sumac and Aleppo give this radish salad a delicious Middle Eastern twist.

- 1 large bunch of radishes – chopped into small pieces
- A handful of fresh cilantro or basil – finely chopped
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of Season with Spice’s Sumac Berry Powder
- About 1 tsp of Season with Spice’s Aleppo Chili Flakes
- One generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of Season with Spice’s Sweet Ginger Sea Salt or to taste
Place the radishes in a salad bowl. Add in the extra virgin olive oil, sumac berry powder, and Aleppo chili flakes.
Squeeze in some fresh lemon juice and season with sweet ginger sea salt.
Finally, add in the cilantro or basil, and toss everything together. Give it a taste, and adjust any seasonings, if necessary.
